Photo shoot gift voucher purchase

• When purchasing a photo shoot gift voucher or package you agree with to the following terms and conditions.
• Your session must be pre-booked, no walk ins.
• Dates and times available for Voucher shoots are weekends (we find mornings work best), and subject to availability.
• The Zara KB Photography gift voucher will be sent by email. It is valid for use within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Photography for photographic services and/or products described in the voucher and relating to photographs created by Zara KB Photography.
• The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only original voucher is accepted.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers. 
• Negatives and digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
• You may not sell your Voucher to any third parties.
• Voucher is not transferable
• Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and may only be used as described.

*If the voucher purchased on this site are for New-born Photography Sessions (for babies from birth up to 14 days old) then the voucher must be redeemed within 14 days of the new born baby’s birth.
